
Focus on What you Really Want…
We all have wants and desires in our lives - these can
be referred to as Long Term and Short Term Goals… These desires can be
for love, relationship, financial security, health, fitness, safety, comfort
and physical well-being. It could be all of the above or some
of them… It can sometimes be confusing - which one to focus on first –
which one is the priority – where will I place my attention…
I believe the first step in the process is to identify
the Long Term Goals. Once I have made this declaration, my responsibility
to
myself is to TRUST in the request and release my attachment
to the outcome. As we have all experienced, a declaration of
intent can take a turn which will support us differently than what we may
have expected, yet in the end it is the perfect result.
The Short Term goals are established to provide for the
action required to meet my Long Term Goal… The formula –
Affirmation
+ Actions = Results is a very good guide for achieving what we really want.
Spirit is looking for evidence of our intention, which
can only be present when we are in action.
By placing one’s attention on the present moment and
declaring one’s intention, we can begin to take the steps with ease.
Regardless
of the goal, in the present moment …
I encourage you to Focus on What you Really Want and be
the champion of your life. Looking for the blessings and achievements, no
matter how small they may seem – knowing each step taken moves your life
forward.

Welcome change with ease
